At Empiram Technology, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our services, our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. No Physical Products
We do not sell physical products. All services provided are digital (website development, design, etc.), so returns are not applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If the project has not been started
- If the client cancels the project within 24 hours of payment
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Once the project has been started or work has been delivered
- If delays occur due to lack of communication from the client
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Completed or partially completed work
4. Advance Payments
All advance payments made for services are non-refundable once the work has started.
5. Revisions & Support
We offer revisions as per the agreed scope of the project. Additional changes outside the scope may be chargeable.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients can request cancellation within 48 hours of payment. After that, cancellation may not be accepted.
